Facilities Maintenance/ Laborer - Saratoga Springs, United States - Prestwick Chase
Description
Saratoga's Premiere Retirement community is seeking a motivated full time general laborer to assist with building upkeep.
Knowledge of maintenance across the board is necessary - drywall, paint, basic flooring, appliance hook up, electrical, plumbing, masonry etc.
During the winter snow removal is required. Position requires flexibility in scheduling as you have to work some weekends.
Pay rate is based on experience.
Clean Driving Record with current NYS Driving License & Transportation.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
