    Degree required, at least a bach, ideal acctg/finance/econ

    Great, fun personality; ability to work with a lot of different people, take on multiple tasks, lots of moving targets, deadlines

    MBA
    Great Plains (ERP) - any ERP is good

    Forecasted the rent of properties, looking to buy buildings


    Description:

    Position Summary:
    Compile and analyze financial data, and prepare reports, both statistical and financial, from multiple ledgers. Conduct analysis of activities at the macro and micro levels for use by managers and sr leadership. Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting patient scheduling and provider productivity daily. Assist in preparation and generation of financial reports and audits.

    The Sr Financial Analyst provides a full range of finance support for all operational and administrative management partners, and acts as a liaison between business functions and finance/accounting leadership.


    Essential Functions of the Job:
    Responsible for accurately forecasting and reporting results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

    Lead the financial reporting process for all external Federal Qualified Health Center statutory and performance reporting requirements, including UDS and OSHPD

    Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for all business functions, including planning for strategic objectives, headcount, initiatives, expenses and productivity

    Provide comprehensive variance analysis, including identification of gaps, trends and opportunities within the company and recommendations for possible course corrections necessary to functional and finance management

    Perform assigned balance sheet reconciliations monthly; enters adjusting journal entries as directed and provides adjustment recommendations to supervisor for maintenance of clean and accurate account balances
