RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape in the energy deregulation industry.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified sales agents with experience in the energy deregulation field.
  • Managing the entire recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and strategies.
  • Providing guidance and support to sales agents throughout the hiring process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Monitoring and tracking key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at recruitment events and industry conferences.
  • Creating and posting job advertisements on various online platforms and job boards to attract potential sales agents in the energy deregulation field.
  • Developing marketing materials and collateral to promote the company and the opportunities available for sales agents in the energy deregulation industry.
  • Conducting training sessions for new hires to educate them on the company's products, services, and sales techniques specific to the energy deregulation field.

REQUIREMENTS:


Knowledge of energy deregulation:
Sales agents should have a good understanding of energy deregulation and how it impacts consumers and businesses. This knowledge will enable them to effectively communicate the benefits of switching to a deregulated energy provider.

Strong communication skills:

Sales agents must be able to effectively communicate with clients and prospects, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.


  • Understanding of energy products and services: Sales agents should have a good understanding of the energy products and services offered by their company, as well as those of competitors. This knowledge will enable them to effectively position their offerings in the market and address any potential objections from clients.

$ $60.00 per hour
