    Description

    Summary: In the role of Hardware Engineer, your main responsibility is to design and develop hardware components while closely collaborating with software and solution engineers. You will conduct research, design, analysis, configuration, and testing of custom components for full-stack computer-based systems. This includes elements like compute, storage, networking, IOT, 5G/6G, and immersion-based cooling. You will also provide support to both internal and external customers.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and constructing hardware
    • Suggesting new hardware designs
    • Conducting tests on new hardware alongside software
    • Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
    • Collaborating with vendors and hardware suppliers for the implementation of new designs
    • Assisting the hardware engineering team
    • Offering technical support for hardware-related issues
    • Adhering to industry-standard processes and procedures
    • Working closely with other engineers


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, relevant experience considered; having a Master's degree is a bonus
    • 2+ years of industry experience in hardware development, application development, or micro-services
    • Familiarity with a variety of hardware devices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Track record of leading technical engagements, including developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
    • Success in re-engineering applications, hardware, or delivery services
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, product requirements, and key deliverables
    • Demonstrated proficiency in creating products/solutions compatible with advanced immersion-based cooling technologies
    • Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
