- Providing routine nursing care for patients under physician supervision.
- Assisting physicians with examinations, procedures, and direct patient care activities.
- Coordinating patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals, and hospital admissions.
- Monitoring and managing medical supply inventory and equipment functionality.
- Recording patient vitals and encounter data accurately.
- Handling prescription orders per physician instructions.
- Preparing exam rooms with necessary supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
- Managing clinically related telephone calls, screening and forwarding as needed.
- Completing medical history forms and insurance-related paperwork.
- Notifying physicians of schedule changes promptly.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
