Description

The incumbent will support program administration by assisting in the training of new staff, volunteers, and mentors, researching vendors and costs in compliance with University policies, developing assessment tools and reports to identify trends related to CFA Program Fellows, participating in the coordination, planning, and attendance of CFA Pre-Service Orientation and monthly training sessions, maintaining program records, assist with preparing periodic budget analysis for program evaluation & planning, social media management, and by providing business operations support.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current issues regarding lowincome and dreamer student populations. (required)
  • Demonstrated commitment to a studentfocused operation. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail. (required)
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse populations including students, faculty, administrators, family members, and the general community, from a variety of cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds. (required)
  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity that includes but is not limited to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability, socioeconomic level, religion, political persuasion. (required)
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. (required)
  • Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends, on an as needed basis. (required)
  • Knowledge of university policy and procedures, including policies governing the use of university funds and facilities. (preferred)

Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training (required)
