Centerville Training for Construction Draftsmen (m/f/d) 2024


Construction draftsmen (m/f/d) translate the design sketches and specifications of architects and civil engineers into scale drawings and plans for architectural construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects such as roads and landscaping.

In addition to practical training, theoretical education takes place in the vocational school on a part-time basis.

With a successfully completed vocational training, there are various opportunities for advancement to become a technician in the field of construction technology (m/f/d).

Construction draftsmen with a higher education entrance qualification can also pursue a degree in civil engineering.

You are a good fit for us if you have:

  • At least a good secondary school diploma
  • Good knowledge of mathematics, technology, and physics
  • Internship in a technical field is desirable
  • Applicants under 18 years of age must provide a medical certificate for a first examination
Prospective construction draftsmen should have a general interest in construction and the construction industry. Additionally, a scientific interest is desirable. We also expect all trainees to be willing to learn and work in a team.
