The Position

Project planning and design for construction projects
Preparation of cost estimates for windows, doors, facades, and fire protection elements
Evaluation of performance specifications within the estimation process
Identification and elaboration of additional work and changes
Negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation of purchase lists and production documents
Support of construction managers in project management
Monthly billing of ongoing projects
Point of contact for production employees

Your Profile

Technical or commercial education
Professional experience in the construction industry, preferably in the field of windows, exterior doors, facades, etc.
CAD knowledge, preferably also window planning software
Good IT skills (especially MS Office)
Independent work style and good organizational skills
Good technical understanding and customer and solutionoriented thinking
Confident, open, and friendly interaction with customers
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and
