Description

Personal Care Assistants (PCA) may assist our residents with the following activities:

• Medication Administration
• Housekeeping
• Personal care including but not limited to dressing, grooming, bathing/showering, incontinent care
• Meal preparation

• ADL assistance
• Engage and Coordinate Indoor and Community Activities
• Document observations and services in residents' charts

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Valid Identification (required)
• CPR and First Aide certification (preferred but not required upon hire)
• Reliable Transportation (required)
• Be free from any medical condition, including drug or alcohol addiction, that may limit you from providing necessary personal care services with reasonable skill and safety (required)
• Must complete a criminal background check (required)

*PCA experience (preferred but not required)
