Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.

    Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct.

    Tiered Differentials:
    Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hrTier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hrTier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

    Additional Shift Differentials:
    Evening: +$2.75/hrNight: +$4.60/hrWeekend: +$1.50/hrSign-On Bonus:Up to $10,000 for eligible RNs

    License:
     Current RN license in the stateCertifications: BLS through the American Heart AssociationPhysical requirements/demands:Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basisProlonged standing and walking each shiftAbility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
