The purpose of your role as a Lead Building Automation System SpecialistAs the Lead Building Automation System Specialist, you will be responsible for turn-key execution of building automation projects.
The Lead Building Automation System Specialist develops and executes small retrofit and upgrade projects, while functioning as the project superintendent and manager for larger designed projects up to $500,000.
The Lead Building Automation System Specialist may also function as the superintendent on projects over $500,000 in coordination with a full-time Project Manager.
The subject matter expertise and knowledge needed for this role includes system design, component selection, installation, programming, commissioning, and operational verification SOPs.
This position has a vast amount of mechanical and control system knowledge and experience to help guide the team to successful project completion while contributing to the desired culture and safety of the organization.

Pay Range:
$78,610 - $117,914 annually
