About Us:
We are a company that specializes in the preparation and billing of customer damages (claim management) for Railpool vehicles in Jacksboro.
As a member of our team, you will communicate professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and escalate issues to our sales managers when necessary.
You will also serve as a key user and be responsible for the ongoing development of our ERP system in the area of damage billing.
This includes conducting workshops for internal interfaces, creating and updating training materials and documentation for the team, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
You will have the technical responsibility for system updates in our ERP system and conduct testing to ensure quality and functionality.
