- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage all restaurant personnel
- Help adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous management experience in food service
- You must currently live in Council Bluffs, IA or within 20 miles of the restaurant or be willing to relocate
- Available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays - we balance the schedule to try to accommodate everyone's quality of life

Job DescriptionWe are seeking Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to join our Pizza Hut team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience as well as assisting a General Manager with recruiting/hiring/training a team capable of helping us deliver not only the guest experience, but the daily operation of the restaurant to achieve financial goals. This can be a developmental position if you are interested in starting a career to become a general manager and transition into a restaurant of your own in the future.
