Summary
The Manufacturing Site Manager plays a critical role in strategic planning, policy adherence, and efficient communication flow within the production environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production targets.
- Manage personnel and testing activities within the quality lab to maintain product standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the production team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, thermal or related field preferred; equivalent experience in manufacturing and leadership will also be considered.
- Bilingual in English /Mandarin
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt training required; Black Belt preferred.
- Indepth knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods and systems.
