- Work closely with development teams to ensure APIs meet performance and security standards.
- Monitor and optimize API performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement API orchestration strategies to streamline and optimize data flow across various systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs into existing systems and applications.
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end claims processing workflow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements related to claims processing.
- Implement and improve automated claims processing systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
- Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, with a focus on API development and claims processing.
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of programming languages, database systems, and API technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team.
