- Train and monitor work accuracy of Payroll/HR responsibilities with managers
- Maintain and reconcile all hourly payroll files and data for the plant ensuring accuracy compliance SarbanesOxley requirements
- Process weekly plant hourly payroll including balancing general ledger interfaces preparing regular special payroll reports
- Assist administration employee benefit compensation programs other HR company initiatives required
