Responsibilities:

SUMMARY: The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment used in the facility
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment in the assigned area
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is required to work with all types of hand tools, powered tools, lifts, welding/cutting tools, fabrication tools, compressors, food processing equipment, high voltage equipment, etc
Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance in assigned areaPerform maintenance duties including, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair with limited supervision
Perform repairs and equipment installation/removal in an efficient mannerMaintain good housekeeping at workstations and work areasRespond to plant emergencies including Haz-Mat incidents, equipment malfunction, fires, severe weather, etc. as directed by supervisionLock out / tag out certification
Complete daily maintenance paperwork for assigned work orders/requests and checklistsSpecial projects/duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor or manager
This position will not have supervisory responsibility

Pay:
$ $34.00 per hour
