For our branch in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a Team Leader Service (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Documentation of completed work
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • Leading a team of seven service technicians and being responsible for smooth order processing, customer consultation, and quotation creation
  • Working closely with colleagues in the service department at our headquarters in Mannheim to coordinate deployment planning, quotation creation, and material ordering
  • Actively working in the field, supporting colleagues, and fostering strong customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Providing technical support and assistance to our service technicians
  • Training and instructing apprentices at the branch
  • Creating maintenance quotations and entering maintenance orders into the system

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a refrigeration systems master or a technician degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge in maintenance, repair, maintenance, and measurement, control, and regulation technology
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Flexibility, initiative, teamwork, reliability, and ability to learn complete your profile
