Your tasks:


  • Monitoring and supervision of the orderly operation of technical facilities in owned and rented properties
  • Execution of maintenance and repair measures to ensure smooth processes
  • Other tasks in the area of general caretaker duties (maintenance of outdoor areas, technical monitoring of the vehicle fleet, etc.)
  • Rectification of defects and damages
  • Deployment planning, coordination and performance control of external service providers, expert inspections including reporting in coordination with management
  • Verification of compliance with legal and regulatory inspections on buildings and technical systems, including maintenance documentation management
  • Coordination and participation in minor renovation measures
  • Technical offer evaluation and invoice control
  • Quality control of completed work orders and externally provided services
  • Collaboration with various departments and service providers

You stand out with:


  • Completed technical/handicraft apprenticeship (preferably in the field of electrical engineering) and several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of modern IT solutions in the trade (MS Office, scheduling, etc.)
  • Organizational skills, independence and sense of responsibility
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Ability to think and act entrepreneurially
  • Class B driver's license
