We are proud to be the leading manufacturer of salty snacks in Germany and as part of the Intersnack Group, we are also one of the market leaders for salty snacks in Europe. With our five production sites in Germany and our campus in Cologne, we distribute well-known brands such as funny-frisch, ültje, Chio, POM-BÄR and Tyrrells. We employ approximately employees and are currently looking for a Maintenance and Repair Coordinator / Maintenance Lead (m/f/d) for our Production department on an unlimited basis.

These are your tasks with us:

  • As a link between production and technology, you plan and organize preventive maintenance and repair tasks and work closely with our maintenance team
  • You actively search for the causes of technical malfunctions and find sustainable solutions
  • You use the tools and methods of our production system to ensure high availability of production equipment
  • You share your knowledge about maintenance and repair and see yourself as a coach to strengthen the technical understanding within the team
  • You bring in new ideas and proactively support improvement projects
