Description

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to upkeep and perform repair tasks in the interior and/or exterior of large, private home premises.

The handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties that we manage. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. This position will be accountable for timely completion of high standards of work. Good communication skills and motivation to learn is a must. 1099 position.


Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality of work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• Identify and report the need for major repairs

Skills

• 12 year's experience
• Ability to prepare, write, and communicate effectively with clients, venders, and staff
• Willingness to learn
• Wellorganized and apt in problemsolving
• Attention to detail
