European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe.

The company is dedicated to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem and is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate End Device Service Engineer to join their team in Waialua.

As part of the ESMC IT infrastructure team, the End Device Service Engineer will play a crucial role in building and operating an advanced Data Center to support world-class semiconductor foundry.

This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure using software-defined computing, storage, and networking with advanced cloud technologies.

The successful candidate should possess strong technical skills and a dedication to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities for this role include providing general IT service and support for office client hardware and software, maintaining office client hardware and software, managing meeting room facilities, and overseeing project management.

The End Device Service Engineer will also be responsible for designing end device architecture, continuously improving job scopes, and implementing new IT technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, familiarity with PC/NB hardware and Windows client system maintenance, and knowledge of network protocols and concepts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in German and either English or Mandarin, are also required. The candidate should also be willing to learn
