MuM (People among People) supports children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities in and around the city and district of Ansbach as a non-profit organization for integration assistance.

Starting in April or May 2024, we are looking for you to join our team as a support staff for our ambulatory assisted living program in Ansbach.

As a staff member in ambulatory living, you will support people with intellectual or mental disabilities in successfully managing their daily lives in their own homes.

Your specific tasks will be based on the individual needs of the clients and may include providing supportive and reflective conversations, assistance with household management, support with leisure activities, and accompanying them to doctor's appointments.

You bring:

A completed degree in social pedagogy, childhood education, or special education (students in higher semesters are also welcome)
Alternatively: completed training as an educator or special needs educator
Openness towards people with disabilities
Empathy, reliability, and teamwork skills
