Office Manager Job Purpose:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Office Manager Job Duties:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying any problem areas.
- Maintains office staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Processing payroll, HR responsibilities, Onboarding new employees, Background and MVR checks.
Skills/Qualifications:
Professionalism, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Excellent Computer Skills which must include knowledge of Excel and Database type programs,
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions.
Pay:
$ $28.60 per hour
