Job Position Description:

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Flexibility required)

Travel Required-must have reliable transportation
This position is responsible for post construction cleaning and repairing hard floor surfaces.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Cleanup excess construction debris, dust, paint, drywall mud, and grout at customer locations
Use proper PPE and safety equipment as required
Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Travel and some overnight stay required.
Must be able to flex hours to perform some weekend or night work.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
Minimum 12 years' experience in post construction cleaning is highly desired but not required.
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job is a must.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
Interact with internal and external customers professionally.
