We, IOLUTION GmbH, are a company in the highly attractive and continuously growing global market of ophthalmology, located in Montebello, NY.

Our core competency is the development and production of the IOLMATIC, an injector for the implantation of intraocular lenses.

To strengthen our dedicated and dynamic team at our Hamburg location, we are looking for a committed colleague for our quality assurance department.

Responsibilities:

Planning, conducting, and documenting series releases
Prioritizing releases in coordination with production planning
Training and coordinating quality assurance employees
Communicating with suppliers and external service providers for procurement and evaluation of manufacturing reports and laboratory findings
Optimizing processes in quality assurance
Participating in crossdepartmental processes such as risk analyses or product validations

Qualifications:

Background in plastics engineering, medical technology, natural sciences, mechanical engineering, or similar
Independent, reliable, and methodical work style
Sense of responsibility and ability to delegate tasks effectively
Professional experience in quality assurance
Enjoyment of working in a friendly team
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
