Description

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Technical/Commercial Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our Prefabricated House Competence Center in Fulda.

YOUR TASKS:

  • You coordinate the process for our customers to get their house and accompany them as the responsible contact person throughout the entire order clarification phase
  • You coordinate the schedule of our construction projects in dialogue with our customers and the departments of sales, architecture, finance, as well as the in-house specialist departments
  • You take care of the planning and contractual clarity of our customer houses
  • You create cost estimates and discuss them with the customers
  • You adapt the scope of delivery and services to the wishes and requirements of our customers

YOUR ADVANTAGES:

  • You have professional experience in the construction industry, ideally in customer service or a similar position
