Position: Senior Fund Manager (Credit Funds)

Responsibilities:

Key role in managing advanced client relationships and overseeing overall administration for a portfolio of elite alternative investment clients
Showcase extensive expertise in Credit Fund structures, adept accounting for intricate transactions, and deep understanding of investment fund legal documents
Define and execute process and automation initiatives to bolster the Credit Fund business
Lead high-level communication with client and investment professionals both internally and externally
Provide guidance for evolving needs of internal and external clients
Collaborate with locations across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure efficient delivery for teams and clients
Strive for providing top-notch service to clients while actively seeking enhancements and workflow automation
Supervise Senior Fund Accountants and Fund Accountants, fostering a culture of continual improvement
Engage in and lead projects aimed at reducing risk, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional client service
Oversee and address complex accounting issues with auditors
Represent the firm in a professional manner, displaying expected ethical behavior both internally and externally

Your Profile:

Experience in team management
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Expertise in Credit Fund Accounting and Bank Loan Markets operations
Proven track record in establishing and executing strategic vision and processes
Demonstrated success in client delivery
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in driving operational efficiencies
Intellectual curiosity and a global mindset for effective inter-team collaboration
Desire to exceed expectations
Familiarity with a Credit Fund accounting system
