Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client accounts.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide training, and address any issues or challenges
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential growth areas
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability

Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and business development strategies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing sales activities and generating reports
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This is a full-time position based in our office.


Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
