    Job Summary:


    Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in St.

    Petersburg, Florida.

    As a full-time employee in the auto industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-quality vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service.

    This management role offers a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, paid biweekly.

    Responsibilities:

    • As the Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely repair estimates to customers and insurance companies.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and analyze the extent of the repairs needed.
    • Create detailed repair plans and cost estimates, including parts and labor, for customers and insurance companies.
    • Communicate with customers and insurance companies to provide updates on repairs, answer any questions, and address any concerns.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and repair estimates.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and techniques for vehicle repairs.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator in the automotive industry.
    • Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and estimating tools.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to create accurate repair plans and estimates.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficient in computer software programs, including estimating and invoicing systems.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
