To support this, we are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Nelson, MN.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating outgoing invoices and handling customer inquiries
  • Processing and verifying incoming invoices
  • Handling incorrect invoices
  • Data entry for incoming and outgoing invoices in the company's software application
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Creating account statements
  • Sending payment reminders
  • Checking and processing discrepancies

We expect from you:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or relevant work experience
  • Some years of experience in the freight industry is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Career changers, beginners, and those returning to work are welcome
  • Affinity for numbers, meticulousness in handling processes
  • Excellent written and spoken German, good written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork
