We are looking for a


Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)

for the rehabilitation clinic and senior center in Mettlach
with a workload of 100% (currently 40 hours/week)


Your tasks:


  • Planning and organizing services in the areas of catering, laundry, and café
  • Ensuring optimal housekeeping services
  • Responsible for quality control of food, ordering and checking supplies
  • Responsible for proper, ecological, and economical use of goods and consumables
  • Ensuring efficient and effective operational processes
  • Creating and updating the duty and substitution plan for housekeeping staff
  • Monitoring and implementing all relevant legal requirements and hygiene regulations
  • Keeping statistics, cash book, and preparing for monthly closing
  • Organizing events as part of facility management
  • Maintaining contact with contract partners, residents, and table guests
  • Adhering to and implementing the mission statement of DRK Trägergesellschaft Süd-West GmbH
  • Commitment to regularly participate in offered inhouse training and passing on and implementing new knowledge
