Title: Oracle Functional Consultant - Recruitment Cloud
Location - Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Note: Role is available for Contract (W2, & C2C) And Full-time hiring
Note: Current opportunity is with our direct client

Job Summary:

Ideal candidates will have prior experience with Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead and related fields.
2 Implementation experiences in ORC for a Global Company across Multiple Geographies are a must.
Working on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects is required.
Proficiency in Global Templates, Postings, Offers, and Pre-Boarding / On-Boarding is essential.
Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Documentation of Requirements is crucial.
Creating functional design and collaborating with the Offshore team in Implementation and testing is part of the role.
Understanding the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC is key.
Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn, and Advanced HCM Controls is highly desirable.
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills along with problem-solving abilities are a must.

Required Skills:

Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application).
Prepare User Guides.
Offer Support for HR Key Users.
Collect requirements and Implement any Enhancements Requested by the HR Department.

Nice to Have Skills:

Active Certification in ORC will be a plus.
