Serving residents in Lake, Porter, Jasper, Newton, LaPorte, Pulaski, and Starke Counties


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Expansion Coordinator to join our team.

The Service Expansion Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying, planning, and executing initiatives to expand our services and reach within the community.

This individual will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and community partners to develop and implement strategies for growth while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for service expansion and growth.
  • Analyze demographic data, community needs assessments, and market trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop strategic plans for service expansion initiatives, including goals, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align expansion strategies with organizational priorities.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and leverage resources.
  • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote awareness and collaboration.
  • Program Development:
  • Ensure that new initiatives align with best practices, evidencebased models, and regulatory requirements.
  • Grant Writing and Fundraising:
  • Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals to support service expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to cultivate relationships with donors and secure funding for expansion projects.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the implementation of service expansion projects, including monitoring progress, managing timelines, and addressing challenges.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Evaluation and Reporting:
  • Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of service expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, board members, funders, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:


  • Associates degree or higher in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in program development, community outreach, or related roles within the human services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing service expansion projects.
  • Strong understanding of social issues, community needs, and best practices in human services delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience in grant writing, fundraising, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
