- Ensure the college's academic programs align with its mission.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day academic operations.
- Supervise and support faculty, including recommendations for hiring and retention.
- Develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Coordinate academic scheduling, registration, and student academic progress.
- Oversee faculty development and professional growth initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
- Supervise the production of the Academic Catalog and the planning of Commencement Exercises.
- A Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) in Theology, Ministry, Educational Philosophy, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education, with significant classroom experience preferred.
- Active membership in a Restoration Movement church (Independent Christian Church/Church of Christ).
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor faculty and staff.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively support our diverse community.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
