Responsibilities:


  • Full clinical caseload including individual, couples, and group therapy
  • Supervise associate clinicians
  • Provide leadership to clinical and administrative staff
  • Ensure collaboration of care for patients
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Participate in program development
  • Monitor and assess staff morale while developing ongoing plans to build culture and continuity
  • Participates in the recruitment and interview process for prospective clinical staff members

Who You Are:


  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed LMFT in California
  • Experience in counseling a diverse patient population
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience in the Behavioral Health Field
  • Knowledge of Sexual Health is a plus

Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
