Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional products when appropriate Requirements:
• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of beverage mixing and garnishing techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old Nicetohave Skills:
• Experience in food service or the food industry
• Proficiency with Aloha POS system
• Sales skills to promote specials and upsell products
