- Associate degree in engineering or drafting
- 2+ years of experience with Creo preferred
- 3+ years of industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, especially Creo
- Experience in agricultural/industrial fields is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Design lifting devices/tooling using Creo to meet client specifications
- Create detailed drawings and build prints using Creo for various client standards
- Deliver client presentations in person or via virtual meetings
- Manage all project aspects including design, timeline, and budget
- Work with sales team to quote job opportunities
