As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time for direct placement at our location in St.

Georgen.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing the assigned shift personnel.
  • Tracking orders and conducting final inspections.
  • Conducting line inspections and coordinating with the service team.
  • Analyzing production deviations and implementing corrective measures.

Your profile:

  • Technical vocational training or equivalent education with relevant further training is desirable.
  • Qualityconsciousness and working with a high level of quality are second nature to you.
  • You are communicative, a team player, and able to handle stress.
  • You are willing to work in a 3shift operation.
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken form.
