- Perform and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial and industrial building projects
- Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs
- Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design
- Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications
- Manage profitably of projects and maintain a working relationship with clients
- Work closely with the Office Manager and assist in office production management
- B.S. degree in Civil or Structural engineering
- M.S. degree preferred
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) preferred
- 10 or more years of experience
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills
- 45 years in business

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed professional engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete, and wood materials for commercial and industrial buildings.
