Construction Service Tech Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years construction maintenance experience in restaurants, grocery, or retail stores
• Skills to include carpentry, flooring, tile replacement, drywall, painting, doors and hardware.
• Own basic tools
• Acceptable background

Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintenance & installation of construction related components and finishes in grocery stores.
• Collaborate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Explain the work to be done and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed work orders, photos, repairs, and materials/supplies used.
• Submit digital work orders promptly for collaboration and administrative purposes.
• Proven construction experience, preferably with exposure to grocery environments.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
