    Description

    Overview:
    The Solutions Engineer is responsible for various engineering tasks involving system design, implementation, integration, and optimization within a specific technology domain or line of business. Responsibilities include:

    • Utilizing systems expertise to collaborate with architecture, application development, business analysts, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to assess business needs and establish technical solutions.
    • Offering technical guidance to other resources on projects and within their area of expertise.

    Responsibilities/Job Description:

    • Stay updated on new technologies and apply industry best practices in designing, testing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions.
    • Provide expertise in assigned technology domains or assets and collaborate across departments to analyze business requirements.
    • Create and maintain detailed design documents and engineering specifications.
    • Contribute to process development and system enhancements following standards and best practices.
    • Participate in testing, performance analysis, and tuning processes.
    • Identify system enhancements for better performance and reliability.
    • Participate in technology selection, implementation, and provide innovative solutions for business challenges.
    • Maintain current knowledge of business domains and technologies to deliver solutions effectively within project timelines and budget.
    • Establish and nurture effective relationships with business partners and project teams.
    • Provide ongoing operational support and issue resolution, including vendor interactions.

    Patient-Centered:
    Deliver services focused on the needs and safety of patients and families.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in complex computing system design and operation.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills.
    • Prior System Administration experience.
    • Broad technical knowledge across various areas such as software engineering, data analysis, networking, and different systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Healthcare Industry experience.
    • Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
