Are you looking for an apprenticeship for the training year 2023? Then you've come to the right place During your apprenticeship, you will face a variety of challenges in different areas of our Supply Chain Management department in Goshen, KY.

Our focus is on integrating you into the company from the very beginning.

This means that in your first year of training, you will get to know the business processes and organization and be trained in the relevant department.

You will gradually take on more tasks and responsibilities, including interacting with our customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries.

In addition, you will rotate through various departments with a specific focus during your apprenticeship, giving you a comprehensive insight into our company.

Alongside your practical training, you will also acquire theoretical knowledge through weekly vocational school days.


Responsibilities:

  • Order processing and communication with our international subsidiaries and distributors
  • Organizing and monitoring transportation with various freight forwarders and courier services
  • Acting as an internal and external interface (e.g. with warehouse service providers or product management)
  • Handling complaints, creating shipping documents, and managing inventory shortages
  • Conducting negotiation meetings
  • Managing commercial processes and working with inventory management systems

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or a good technical college entrance qualification, or a very good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Excellent German skills, as well as good knowledge of mathematics and English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good understanding of commercial processes
  • Interest in business operations
