    Role Description:

    We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and become the first point of contact for our valued clients.

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

    As a Receptionist at Snyders Landscape, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every caller feels welcomed and valued, helping to create a positive and memorable experience for our clients.


    Required Qualifications:
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Ability to make clients feel at ease and valued over the phone
    Professional demeanor and positive attitude
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred


    Responsibilities as a Receptionist at
    Snyders Lawn Design:
    Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
    Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
    Providing information to clients and answering basic inquiries about our services
    Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
    Monitoring and managing voicemail and email inquiries
    Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
    Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service

    Additional Information:
