    Job Description

    Capstone Partners is seeking a Financial Planner with 1-4 years of financial planning experience and an existing book of business to join one of our established producer groups.

    The best way we can understand if we are the right fit for the practice you are looking to build, is by understanding what is important to you and your business. Are any of these features below important?

    • Full equity ownership of your book of business (plus, support in valuing and selling your book upon retirement)
    • Comprehensive, non-captive platform and recurring revenue
    • Fee-based financial plans
    • Investments and advisory services
    • Insurance Implementation
    • Opportunity to work with a team – joining an established producer group or building one around you

    In our interview process, we will walk you through all of the benefits our advisors experience in partnering with us. To summarize a few of the highlights:

    • Competitive performance-based compensation; there is no base salary
    • Complete benefits package
    • Personalized and local training and support
    • In-house Directors of wealth management and fee-based financial planning
    Compensation:

    $55,000 - $60,000 on-target earnings

    Responsibilities:
    • Source client opportunities through referrals, networking and online marketing strategies
    • Make recommendations that alleviate client concerns and help clients achieve their goals
    • Guide clients through the complicated process of financial decision-making
    Qualifications:
    • 1-3 years of financial advisor experience
    • Entrepreneurial work ethic and long-term vision
    • Outbound prospecting and sales experience
    • Coachability and an eagerness to learn
    • Active FINRA SIE/7/66 and insurance licenses (or planning to get them ASAP)
    • Active CA insurance license
