- Lead crews and ensure equipment is prepared for operations.
- Conduct training sessions for crew members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and job requirements.
- Coordinate field activities, including equipment deployment and personnel allocation, to ensure safe and efficient job completion.
- Generate daily work tickets and maintain professional relationships with current customers while fostering new business relationships.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions.
- Be prepared to work outside normal schedules as required to meet customer demands.
