This is a local 727 position.

Responsibilities:

Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk
Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage
Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with checkin and service requests

Qualifications:

Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service
Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays
