The Clinical Nursing Research and Quality Management (SST PFQM) department is a separate department directly under the nursing management at the LMU Hospital.

The main tasks of the department are clinical nursing research, quality management in nursing services, and nursing control.

The head of the SST PFQM is looking for a replacement for a position, initially limited to full-time or part-time (at least 50%), as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

In addition to implementing the overall QM goals for the entire hospital, your tasks include collaborating and supporting the corresponding nursing department heads/station managers in implementing new or further developing and evaluating already established QM systems.

You will also be involved in the certification of individual, overarching hospital departments and specialist centers.

Specifically, you will plan, organize, and document all quality management activities in the corresponding nursing department, conduct training in the field of QM and QS, as well as regular internal audits and case discussions, and coordinate the quality reporting.
