We have a brand-new opportunity for Senior Accountant.You will play a key role in managing invoices, payments, financial tasks, and vendor communication. Sounds good? Then keep reading

Your Day to Day responsibilities:

Record and process invoices from vendors, including material and expense invoices.
Verify, reconcile, and address discrepancies with vendor statements.
Collect and log receipts, and reconcile them with payment submissions.
Prepare and communicate payment details to vendors.
Manage inventory and shipping accounts, book transactions, and applying payments.
Organize and file paperwork related to inventory, payroll, and vendor bills.
Communicate with vendors to address A/P-related topics.
Assist with bank account reconciliation, financial statements, and journal entries.
Analyze revenue and AR data, and crosscheck values with Germany.
Reconcile balances with intercompany accounts and perform merchant account reconciliation.

Preferrable Background:

A degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish, as effective communication in both languages is required for this role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate and efficient financial management.
Familiarity with Excel as an essential tool in maintaining financial records and generating reports.
