Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for monitoring construction processes during house assembly and interior finishing until handover to the customer
  • Creation and planning of construction site facilities
  • Inspection and acceptance of cellars and floor slabs
  • Coordination of various trades
  • Deployment and supervision of construction site personnel
  • Point of contact for clients, internal departments, installers, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Technician, master craftsman, or engineer (m/f/d) in the construction industry
  • Experience in prefabricated housing is ideal, but not required
  • Knowledge of building regulations is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel
  • Organizational skills and communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) required
